Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached. Once your return is received and inspected, Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-7 business days.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with a photo or video of the damage for review and potential replacement. Damage due to normal use, wear, or misuse is not covered.
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly
Shipping and Delivery Delays:
We strive to deliver orders promptly but are not responsible for delays outside our control. If your transit time exceeds 30 days due to reasons within our control, please contact us to discuss options like a refund or reshipment. Delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as postal delays, are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds are not considered in the event the customer:
1. Made a mistake when ordering the goods for instance (including but not limited to) wrong model selection, wrong quantity selection, mistake in the nature of the goods.
2. Cancels the order after the purchase has been finalized and paid on the platform.
Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
